We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our services and provide client care services to new audiences. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.
Position at a glace:
✔ Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
✔ You have an awakened and aware spiritual mindset and interests.
✔ Virtual Position
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results
✔ 1099 position
✔ 20 USD/ per hour to start
About You:
✔ You have an interest and passion for spirituality, you feel awake and aware to things on a different level than others
✔ You have good energy and a positive & upbeat attitude.
✔ You are a self-starter and are highly accountable.
✔ You are comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and comfortable with technology in general.
✔ You have experience with scheduling and strategizing online content and promotions.
✔ You are very reliable, and responsive on a daily basis.
✔ You have a good understanding of professional customer service.

What your day/week may look like
Sample Overview
- Daily: send out 150 organic and conversational direct messages (new ones as well as continued conversation with these intuitive visionaries and leaders), focusing on serving them
- Daily: Engage on our social media platforms and respond to comments
- Weekly - through nurturing leads, invite potential clients into one of our free events or communities
- Weekly: schedule social media posts, newsletters and other documents
- Weekly: Attend team meeting, share metrics and strategies
- Weekly: Attend weekly live stream 1. to provide support; commenting, posting links, etc… 2. to generate weekly newsletter content based on topics and issue discussed live feeds 3. Post follow up promos on social media
Platforms and software we use:
Knowledge of these platforms and softwares are helpful but required.
Training will be made available.
- Social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Rumble, LinkedIN, Twitter
- Canva.com for social media posts and other promo materials.
- Kajabi.com: Content management system, website, Opt-in, newletters email newsletters
- Acuity for our online subscription and booking system.
- Google docs
- Trello.com for project management and organization.
