The Crisis of Faith Is Coming for All of Us on the Awakening Journey
Over the past year, we've been busy in the Lightbody Academy community, cultivating our relations with the unseen world, peeling away the blinders that keep us in a narrow bandwidth of reality, and stepping into our power as sacred dreamers. The bar keeps rising. For most of us, that rising has come through crisis: illness, life explosions, deep grief, heartbreak.
Infinite Beings in a Biosuit
We are infinite beings in a biosuit. The biosuit has lenses that let us see and engage with the nesting dolls of reality that create our 3D world.
Consider any living thing, a plant for example. In the limited 3D frame, it began as a seed. But long before that seed, it was a morphogenic field in the unseen realms: an intention, a consciousness of light, taking geometric form. From that morphic field, it is birthed into physical form.
Things start in the unseen long before they show up in the seen. As humans, we create first from an idea. That idea inspires other thoughts and feelings, and then, eventually, action.
In this way, we humans dream things into being. Our work is to wake up to the energy of truth so we can dream forward what we want: the experiences our spirit wants from this reality. When we are aligned with the truth, our own spirit magic begins to happen, and synchronistic miracles unfold. We step into the wheelhouse to steer our reality.
The 4D Field: A Lens Within a Lens
The 4D field is a lens within a lens. Picture a pair of reading glasses with a magnifying glass held on top. That is how the 4D field interacts with our consciousness. Our aperture for it is the solar plexus.
We couldn't have this reality without the 4D field, and it isn't good or bad. But it is heavily distorted, and that distortion keeps us blind to the energy of truth.
My First Lesson in the Crisis of Faith
As a teenager, I sat with a guru I saw levitate. I had some of the deepest meditations of my life with him. I also witnessed his community's devastation when it came out that he had broken the vows his monastics had given their lives to.
The entire community was rocked by the crisis. I came to it years after the fact, but the scars were still apparent. Many people, especially the elders of the community, had very strong opinions about it. I watched, listened, and witnessed the pain and crisis they were in.
Ultimately, I didn't throw the baby out with the bathwater. I maintained my practice of posture flow, pranayama, and chanting the mantras I loved. Those practices held me through the most important times of my awakening journey. Their relevance extended far beyond the guru, tradition, or lineage that brought them to me.
At the very beginning of my spiritual awakening journey, I learned what a crisis of faith looks like. I am so grateful for it. It prepared me for the rest of my life's journey of waking up out of the program, the maya.
Waking Up to the Program
Waking up to the 4D programs is not an easy journey. I imagine we've all had shocking revelations: a beloved who wasn't who we thought, a religion revealed as abusive, a medical industry that doesn't heal but makes money from prolonging suffering.
My most recent awakening meant stepping fully out of a family pattern so toxic it was killing me, literally sucking the life force out of my body, even as I kept using my strength to make peace, smooth things over, and bring healing.
If you're on this path, the crisis of faith is unavoidable. Sincerity and devotion won't exempt you. Being favored and blessed doesn't mean being kept safe from heartbreak and suffering. Being blessed and highly favored means you will be held as the most scathing layers of the maya are peeled away, along with everything you think you are that isn't the truth of who you are.
This journey is shown to us in the story of Persephone's descent into the underworld. With every step deeper, she had to remove a piece of clothing as she negotiated her way to the core of Hades' realm, until she was stripped down to her most raw and naked vulnerability.
The underworlds are where only the real truth survives. It is here that, if you have poured your life force into something untrue, it will hit you. As painful and as scathing as that can be, it is the lucky ones who get to wake up to it before their deathbed.
Grief Is an Initiatic Passage
By thirty, I had lost nearly everyone in my family I felt truly loved by. Having loved and lost, the call is to rise again.
Many people downward spiral into depression, coldness, and isolation. It takes great courage to love again and to want to thrive again. When you come out the other side, the love you have to give is wiser, deeper, and more truthful.
The Courage to Carve Your Own Healing Path
The crisis of faith around the medical industry might be the most potent of all, because the fear that comes with a major health crisis is so real and can feel insurmountable. Western medicine and the holistic industry are about neck and neck in how jacked up they are, and it takes sovereignty to cut through the noise and find what your body truly needs.
The courage it takes to carve out your own healing path is great! Whether the call comes from devastation, a health crisis, or trauma, it is a powerful call to rise.
The Unshakable Version of You
As for what we call free will: your ego driver is maybe 10% of the manifestation. The real choices were made in the outer nesting dolls of the unseen realities. This has been reflected to us by people that share their NDE (near death experience) stories.
Your soul came here for a reason, and when you align your ego-driver with it, you walk with more flow, grace, and ease through a reality experience fraught with fear-inducing, even life-threatening, events and dramas.
Imagine what the unshakable version of yourself might be like. Is there courage in your heart to go after it? This is what the awakening journey will ask of you with every crisis and every grief. Each crisis of faith is initiating you into the next step of your journey.
Some Questions to Ask Yourself
Where in my life am I pouring my life force into something untrue, a folly?
If what my spirit wants, wants me back, what am I ready to let go of to meet it?
