The Lunchtime Chats Are Back! ...Well, Not Really...Sorta.

I have news, and it's the kind that's been years in the making.

Lunchtime Chats is back — and it has a new name: Lightbody Academy Podcast: Rise of the Multidimensional Human.

Not a rebrand for its own sake. A name that finally caught up to what this conversation has always been.

Why Now

We are at the onset of a global shamanic paradigm — the turning of the ages that lineages, ancient prophecy, and lightworkers alike have been sensing, forecasting, and preparing for across generations. This isn't a metaphor and it isn't a far-off prophecy. It's happening now, in this century, in your body, whether the language around you has caught up to it or not.

Millions of people — not just those of us who've had the words for it — are waking up to the 4D field. To the realization that the stories we've inherited were built to keep us in a particular lane of thinking and behaving. That awakening is showing up everywhere: in frustration, in curiosity, in systems visibly failing people who trusted them. The muggle version of what we've been calling 4D awakening for years is now a mass phenomenon.

Which means the veils are thinner, as in our perceptions are freer and less controlled than ever in recorded history. Genuine contact with the unseen realms, with your own multidimensional nature as a lived reality rather than a concept you read about or experience on your meditation cushion — this is more available right now than it has been for thousands of years.

You did not incarnate for this precise moment in the turning of the ages to sit it out.

Why I Do This

For nearly a decade, the Lunchtime Chats have been a place where we've done something I don't see happening enough anywhere else: we've decoded the subtle nuances of distortion — not just the distortions in the 4D field itself, but the ones hiding inside our own spiritual practices and narratives. The channeling that speaks a little too conveniently to what you want to hear. The urgency-spiral disguised as a download. The belief system you adopted that's still just the opposite pole of what you were originally programmed with, dressed up in new language.

That distortion doesn't stop at the edge of the lightworker world. It meets you wherever you are, speaking whatever language you already believe.

So alongside decoding it, we've done the other half of the work: learning to ground the truth of what your own perceptions are actually telling you. Not outsourcing your knowing to any teacher, channel, or narrative — including mine. Using what's out there as a mirror to check against your own inner compass, not a substitute for it.

That conversation isn't changing. What's changing is that it's time to name what it's actually building toward.

Here's the thing about being a starseed, a wayshower, a new paradigm visionary: the extra-sensory perception isn't the hard part. Most of you have always been able to see it, feel it, sense it coming before it arrives. The hard part is telling the signal from the noise — and then doing something with it.

This podcast exists for exactly that. Not to add to what you already see, but to help you ground it into impactful action. To take what you're sensing in the 4D field, in your own body, in the collective — and turn it into something that actually moves through your hands, your choices, your relationships, your work in the world. The shift we're in doesn't need more people who can see further. It needs people who can live from what they see, and shape the emerging paradigm from inside their actual, grounded lives.

That's not a lunchtime chat anymore. That's the rise of the multidimensional human. So we're calling it what it is.
