So many people have been feeling it.. the tightness, anticipation of something big, emotional guarding and moving through life in self-protection mode. But living with an open heart isn’t about being naive, it’s about staying connected to what matters most, even when circumstances feel uncertain. The heart field is more than a poetic idea; it’s an energetic space that influences how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. When it’s open, it creates a ripple of healing and connection that goes far beyond what we can see.
Self-trust plays a huge role in keeping that heart space open. Doubt, fear, and old wounds have a way of making us shut down or second-guess ourselves. But the more we practice listening to our inner guidance and acting on it the more resilient our heart field becomes. This doesn’t mean we won’t feel discomfort; it means we can move through discomfort without losing our center.
