When the Ancestors Show Up Uninvited And Exactly on Time
Oct 31, 2025
Stacy's shares stories on Aspen Roots Podcast of having a car full of late grandmothers, an experience of being a sasquatch, and connecting with the trees. She uses these stories to illustrate how multidimensional curiosity, exploration, and awareness can bring both personal and collective liberation from subconscious patterns and programming.
I didn’t call them in.
I wasn’t in ceremony. I wasn’t meditating. I was sitting in my car, quietly driving, when I felt it — a familiar presence slipping into the passenger seat.
Then another. Then more.
My grandmother came in first, but I knew it wasn’t just her. It was the whole line. The energy behind me felt ancient. Focused. Like they’d been waiting for the right moment.
And I knew instantly: this wasn’t random. Something was being cleared.
The Money Lie That Was Never Mine
That same week, someone offered to support me financially — no strings attached, just generosity. And immediately, I felt resistance. A quiet guilt. A story rising up from somewhere deep.
“I didn’t earn it.”
“I don’t deserve that.”
“I can’t just take something without working for it.”
And there it was — the lie.
A subtle, sticky belief that if I didn’t hustle for it, suffer for it, or bleed for it, I couldn’t have it.
That belief didn’t start with me.
It was inherited.
A survival strategy passed down from women who had to work twice as hard for half as much.
And it was still in my field — until they showed up.
That’s the thing about ancestral energy.
It doesn’t always come with language.
Sometimes it shows up as a body reaction. A resistance. A belief you think is yours until you get quiet enough to realize it’s not.
Healing Is Not Always Logical (Ask Sasquatch)
A few days later, I was in Crestone — a high-frequency place I go to reconnect with the land and the unseen.
While walking the gridlines, I felt something shift in my timeline.
Suddenly, I was experiencing a different version of myself.
Different time. Different trauma. Different layer of healing.
It had to do with something… old. Starseed. Possibly even Sasquatch-related. (I know that might sound wild, but for those who know, you know.)
It wasn’t something I could explain at the time — it was just something I had to feel through.
The body always remembers.
And when the moment’s right, it knows how to let go.
You Don’t Have to Go Looking for the Healing
Here’s what I want to say:
Not everything needs to be forced.
Not every wound has to be chased down.
Sometimes, healing shows up when your system is finally safe enough to meet it.
And when it does?
You don’t need to understand it in the moment.
You just need to stay present. Breathe through it. Let it move.
This Is Why I Do the Work
Because healing isn’t linear.
Because you’re not just working with your story — you’re carrying pieces of your lineage, your soul timelines, and even interdimensional threads you don’t consciously remember yet.
And because… when those moments come?
You deserve to have space held for them.
